National Cardholder Database
National Cardholder Database is a multinational portal and a system that implements the most important commercial, manufacturing and distributional GTS ALIVE card processes. Only in the Czech Republic NCDB uses approximately hundreds educational institutions and the system manages hundreds of thousands ISIC, ITIC and ALIVE IYTC cards. The new application uses the latest technology trends and it replaced the outdated system of 2006.

ISIC Global Office CRM
The management of identification cards publishers looked for a suitable method that could consolidate and process a large number of regional marketing and business data and information. A suitable solution was found in deployment of CRM system vTiger, which was supplemented with custom-developed modules. IAS thus provides an effective marketing tool with clear reporting and integration with other applications

ISIC Global Office – B2B Webshop
B2B Webshop represents a significant innovation for ISIC issuers. Now they have possibility to purchase cards, printers and some other commodities necessary for card issuing business in their country directly from ISIC Global Office. Direct profit of this project will be easier, faster and well defined treatment of the orders and reduced necessity of communication with issuers.

ISIC Global Office – Co-brand Manager – Phase 1
ISIC issuers around the world cooperate with many partners who use their own cards with ISIC logo and design and bring so their holders a lot of ISIC benefits. Co-brand Manager in its 1st phase is aimed at collecting of information about co-brands from card issuers and analytical tools. Later phases of the project should also contain web service access to the data and output to isic.org website, Extranet or applications.

ISIC Extranet - komunitní portál pro ISIC
The client wanted to create a space to connect all tools needed for daily work of regional members of the ISIC Association. Emphasis was therefore placed on easy integration with existing applications and scalability for other tools. The solution in itself also included a platform for sharing information, but also a communication tool for both individual members of the ISIC community and to partner organizations.

Case study: Extranet - the portal for the ISIC community users
Central Cardholder Database
Orchitech Solutions supplied its Dutch klient with a technologically challenging project of a central repository of data issued by the international ISIC cards. An integral part of the data repository was the integration with B2B applications for issuing ISIC cards (CardMaster.net) and also with verification services of third parties (CJP and NUS cards).

Online Issuing a Online Ordering
Orchitech Solutions supplemented his client, publisher of the international ISIC cards, online ordering and issuing application of identification cards. The application supports printing cards directly from the browser using a custom Java applet and is integrated with the international payment portal Docdata payments.

Card Issuing
Orchitech Solutions completed the GTS Alive system of an application for self-publishing of ordered ISIC cards. The application is fully integrated with the NCDB (National cardholder Database) and contains a range of functionalities such as checking card validity etc.

ISIC Check
Another Orchitech Solutions portfolio project for GTS Alive is the application ISIC Check. It performs both online and offline verification and validity cards check. The application must therefore be integrated with the NCDB (National cardholder database), which then checks the cards licence. The application is used by ISIC publishers as well as by discount providers and other partners.

Insurance - portal for sale of travel insurance
Orchitech Solutions supplied GTS Alive a system for B2B and B2C sale of travel insurance for ISIC cards. The implemented solution was also fully integrated with information systems of the insurance company and in addition provided an integrated gateway for electronic payments (GpWebPay).

E-shop for sale of ski and summer tours
Orchitech Solutions designed and implemented an e-shop for the sale of ski and summer tours with discounts for ISIC card holders. The basic e-shop functionality was offers synchronization with systems of travel agencies and links to applications managing ISIC.
